I changed careers 10 years ago specifically to share the powerful practice of yoga nidra, and as my offerings shift and grow, I want to continue making yoga nidra and its benefits accessible and available. I find yoga nidra to be more needed now than ever before!

In this monthly space to rest and connect, I’ll have 8 in-person spots available to come to my home studio in Austin (right by Zilker Park), and unlimited spots available if you want to log in via zoom, so you can join from anywhere.
