The Atma Buti Level 1 Sound Healing Course is an introduction to the Nepalese practice of sound therapy using Himalayan singing bowls. The goal of this course is to give you the ability to use traditional vibrational healing modalities with clients in a supportive and therapeutic manner.

In this course, you will explore the background of Himalayan Singing bowls and learn how to use the bowls in sound therapy. You will also explore using the bowls according to both the Himalayan and Vedic Chakra systems.

The use of other traditional instruments such as the Tingsha will be taught and practiced.
