Join Kim Humphrey (Sound Healing and Meditation teacher) and JC Amorrortu (Oil Painter) for this very special workshop!

In the first half of this 3-hour experience, you'll tap into creative space through Yoga Nidra. Through a Yoga Nidra meditation designed to explore the element of fire, the element of warmth and light, you’ll explore the fire of your own body and mind from a deep state of meditative relaxation.

In the second half of the workshop, you'll be served light snacks, and JC will guide you through an oil painting class designed to help you process and express your inner creative experience.
